Contact and registration forms

You can contact us or register for VIRA membership via the VIRA website. When you use a form, we process the personal data that you enter in the form yourself.

Contact form

We process the following personal data via the contact form on our website:

• your name;

• your email address; and

• the content of your message.

We use this data exclusively to handle your question, comment, or request and to contact you in response if necessary.

Membership registration form

To apply for VIRA membership, we use a Microsoft Forms registration form. In this form, we request the personal data necessary to assess your application and to contact you about it.

The data you provide via the registration form is used to process your membership application, to assess whether you meet the membership requirements, and, if applicable, for the further processing of your membership.

The registration form is provided and processed via Microsoft Forms. The data you enter is therefore processed via Microsoft's systems. Microsoft's privacy terms also apply to the processing of personal data by Microsoft.

We do not store the personal data provided via these forms longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is legally required or justified.
